Spain faces small sizes for citric fruits

The latest harvest of citric fruits in Spain faces very small sizes for oranges and lemons. Although there are more fruits, the sizes are significantly smaller as should be making it difficult to sell them. Spanish farmers are pessimistic also because more and more Egyptian oranges find a way to the European markets. From the other side, they believe that there will be always market for their famous orange varieties as Valencia and Salustiana which are considered already for many years the best in the world!
