Again a difficult mango season in Peru

For the second year in a row, the mango harvest in Peru is considered to be one of the worst ever. Starting in October and ending first of week of January, they made up a conclusion and it’s very negative. Harvest was brought earlier because of cold weather and the weather phenomenon La Nina, which gave heavy competition with Brazilian crop and also crops from Ecuador. Only about 90.000 tons is exported which is much less as in normal seasons.
