As producer of applechips, made of Belgian apples, we are of course always curious what the new crop brings. Unfortunately, this year’s crop is smaller as the crop from 2025. Due to the weather conditions, and more specifically drought and heat in the months before harvest, the available quantities are less. In general, crop in Belgium will be around 7,5% less as last year.
