The fruits are washed, then freshly cut into fine round slices.
The slices are then dried into crispy chips using a new innovative system.
Our drying process ensures that the fruit does not turn brown, but gives nice cream-coloured crisps.
The final product brings a concentration of flavour while retaining all the nutritional characteristics.
Moreover, the drying process is energy-optimised.
