Avocado’s from Middle and South America will be in the future available the whole year round. While in the past avocado’s had a harvest period they are now (mainly in Columbia) growing varieties which they can grow and harvest whole year round. It’s expected that in first period only the U.S. market will be supplied with these avocado’s. Later on there will be normally also quantities for exporting to Asia and Europe.
