Weather conditions are perfect and they will boost the mango production in India. Last year the crop of the main mango varieties was disastrous but this year the varieties Alphonso, Kesar and Badami will have a much better crop, available in bigger quantities from mid April. The demand on the domestic market however is very high and the crisis in the Red Sea will not be beneficial for export. However, growers are very positive this season with a crop increase of 70% in comparison to last year.
Crop will be very high due to the perfect weather conditions with bright sunlight and required seasonal rains. Besides this, the farmers were doing a lot of effort to boost the crop as well.
