Mango (Magnifera sp.) is a tropical tree native to South-Asia. The Indian mango (M. indica) has a worldwide distribution and is one of the most cultivated fruit in tropical regions.

Important producing countries are India, China and Thailand. Our fruits are coming mainly from South-America (variety Kent), Vietnam (variety Catchu) and India (variety Totapori). The mango Kent has a top quality with a soft texture and a good taste. Totapori is a little bit more sour, firmer in texture and in general a less good taste. Catchu is in relation to texture and taste between previously mentioned varieties.
